Shoulder movement, or range of motion, is an important consideration for anyone who is undergoing treatment for breast cancer

Often the shoulder is forgotten and can become more of a problem as time goes on. Maintaining good movement in your should is important for daily tasks such as dressing, washing your hair, and reaching overhead. There are simple exercises that can be done to ensure you keep your should moving well after surgery. If you find that these simple exercises are not enough, your Physiotherapist can assist you with some hands-on techniques.
