Meet our Men’s Health Physiotherapist - Freya McMillan

Freya holds a Bachelor of Science Physiotherapy from Curtin University in Western Australia and has moved to Adelaide to follow her professional passion for oncology. Since graduating Freya has completed further study in Continence and Pelvic Health specialising in oncological pelvic health services.     

Through her extra studies, Freya became aware of the extensive benefit’s early assessment and intervention of pelvic health concerns can have on future outcomes and quality of life for patients post cancer treatments. 

Freya has also completed her PINC and STEEL Oncology certification as well as Macquarie University’s ALERT program to be an Accredited Lymphoedema Therapist. 

Freya also has experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates and persistent pain conditions specifically neck and low back pain. Freya is passionate about assisting patients to return to meaningful life activities and achieve their health related exercise and functional goals.
