At Lift, no two patients are the same and neither are their care needs. That’s why our services are tailored to support you at every stage, with the flexibility to adjust as your situation changes. Whether you're starting treatment, recovering, or navigating survivorship, we’re here to meet you where you are.
-
The services at Lift are for people who have been diagnosed with cancer. The clinical staff who work at Lift all have experience with the needs of people with cancer.
-
Lift offers services to people with cancer from the point of diagnosis, throughout treatment and into survivorship.
You can come to Lift at any point and the treatment you receive will be individualised to meet your needs.
-
If your needs are very clear, you can be make an appointment directly to the Lift service you need.
If you are unsure of what you might need, you can undergo a multi-disciplinary screening assessment which we call an ‘Initial Assessment’. At this appointment the clinicians will spend time talking with you and reviewing your medical history, to determine your clinical needs.
Once the services you require have been identified, you will be able to make a choice about which of these you would like to make appointments for.
