Exercise Medicine Team Leader

Physiotherapist / Exercise Physiologist

Full-Time

Join our team and make an immediate impact

Lift Cancer Care Services is a unique, purpose-built oncology service operating as both an accredited day hospital and a multidisciplinary allied health clinic, delivering Exercise Medicine, Physiotherapy, Lymphoedema Services, Dietetics and Psychology under a world-leading integrated model of care.

We are recognised as leaders in oncology exercise medicine, delivering evidence-based care to people living with cancer in a complex, high-volume clinical environment. Our work sits at the intersection of hospital-level governance and fast-paced outpatient care, requiring strong systems, clear decision-making, and operational discipline.

We are looking for high-calibre Physios and EPs with leadership capability who want to move beyond traditional models and be part of a clinically integrated, high-performance cancer care service.

This is not a typical leadership role

At Lift Cancer Care Services, we are changing the way cancer is treated. Exercise is not positioned as rehabilitation. It is delivered as evidence-based treatment, alongside chemotherapy, radiation and surgery. We are looking for leaders to help us scale this model.
