"Georgia is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Accredited Sports Dietitian with a passion for empowering her clients to confidently fuel their body for their best performance in every aspect of life.

Georgia focuses on a holistic, non-diet approach to support her clients to build the skills and knowledge for long-term health-based habits. Georgia believes in pursuing a fulfilling life, not chasing the number on the scale. She assists her clients to push back against diet culture, and find peace with their food and body to live a values driven life.

Georgia is an Inaugural AFLW premiership player with the Adelaide FC, and currently plays in the SANFLW with Sturt FC. When she is not busy training for footy, Georgia enjoys a weekend surf or morning beach walk with her two border collies and good coffee in hand."
